The Supreme Court on Tuesday omitted challenges to the Defense of Marriage Act and California’s Prop. 8 case in its first listing of lower court decisions it will review in its new term.
The justices still could decide to review the Perry v. Brown case later this year. This means October 1 at 6:30 am our time continues to be the earliest that Court-watchers believe the Court would announce that they are NOT taking the Prop 8 case, although it could be later.
