Proposition 8 Likely To Pass – Same Sex Marriage Banned




ImageCalifornia’s Proposition 8, banning same sex marriage, likely will pass. 95% of the votes are in, and while there are still outstanding ballots to be counted, it seems likely the proposition will succeed. UPDATE: Latest numbers show 98% of the votes are in with 52% Yes and 48% No. Fresno County shows 100% of votes in with 69% Yes and 31% No.
