The next event where people are going to be needed is going to be taking place at Fogg, Maxwell & Lanier EyeCare of Fresno (1360 E. Herndon, Fresno), on January 30th from 1-4pm. There will be a protest, a picket line, and information will be handed out. If you would like more info, email [email protected].
The next nationwide event that will be taking place is National Freedom to Marry Day. This will take place on Thursday, February 12th. Unmarried gay couples will be applying for marriage licenses at county clerks offices all over the country. We will be at the Fresno county clerk’s office at 12pm to help raise awareness of the discrimination faced by gay and lesbian couples. For more info: [email protected]
