UPDATE: Much of the damage to the interior ceiling/roof structure is due to the Fire Dept. tearing down drywall in the process of making sure the fire was out. It also appears (since when the firefighters arrived they saw the outside fence was on fire) that the fire originated in the outside fence area, not inside the building. Estimates of financial damage is currently at $130,000.

A fire broke out at The Den early Sunday morning, around 4-5AM. The fire started in the front corner of the club and damaged much of the interior, as well as collapsing the roof. At this time the fire is thought to be electrical, however no official cause has been determined as of yet.
