| Thursday, March 30, 2023, at 2:00 pm, there will be a memorial gathering for Berl Jay Hubbell at Yost and Webb Funeral Home, 1002 T Street, Fresno, CA 93721. Jay was born Berl Jay Hubbell on November 19, 1946 and passed on January 19, 2023, at the age of 76. He was one of the founding members of the Fresno Stonewall Democrats club. Jay Hubbell was dedicated to the Democratic Party and highly respected in our community. He will be remembered fondly by his friends, associates, and allies. Please join us on Thursday in remembering the good times and bring all stories and mementos you’d like to share. |

Good afternoon.
I’m Berl Jay Hubbell’s nephew. We are putting a memorial together for Jay and while looking for information about his life, I ran across the beautiful remembrance that is posted on this site (Community Alliance). We are wondering if it would be possible to use it in the card that will given to guests at the memorial. I have contact information for a few of my uncle’s friends and I will be reaching out to them over the next few days to let them know about the memorial and hopefully help spread the word. We are welcoming Jay’s friends to attend and maybe say a few words of
