A national study by the Q Research Institute for Higher Education has released its Campus Pride 2010 National College Climate Survey, which looks at the atmosphere of National Colleges as it pertains to LGBT students. The study found that approximately 25% of lesbian, gay and bisexual students experienced some form of harassment, while for transgender students the level is at about a third. The study covered about 5,150 students at 100 colleges.
