Equality California – Fresno Harvey Milk Action & Community Picnic

Community Canvass at Einstein Park: 10AM-1PM

Community Picnic BBQ: 12PM-4PM

Equality California’s local office will be leading a door to door canvassing effort to share LGBT stories with those living in the area. This action is taking place all over the state through EQCA. San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus Performance

A performance by the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus at the Tower Theater at 7:30pm. This is a benefit performance and part of the group’s Let Equality Ring tour of some cities in California which are not generally known for their LGBT awareness, Chico, Redding, Bakersfield and Fresno. The Chorus is not taking any money in for the show, and all proceeds will be split between PFLAG and local group Central California Alliance. The money taken in by CCA is designated to start a fund to open an LGBT Community Center in Fresno in the future. Buy Tickets Here

SFGMC After Party & Harvey Milk Celebration

The Official After Party for the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus performance at the Tower Theater will be held at The North Tower Circle. The Chorus members will be in attendance after the concert for a meet & greet, there will be exclusive Drag Performances, and a Gay Pride Trivia Contest with prizes. There will be a $5 door charge as a donation, benefitting Central California Alliance’s project for a local LGBT Community Center.
