Bradley Lopez, a health instructor at Fresno City College, who’s been embroiled in controversy since students complained that he used his teaching position to religiously and morally influence his students, has been issued a notice of correction by the school.
Lopez intends to contest the decision, which could allow the school to discipline Lopez more sternly, making it easier to terminate him.
