2015-16 Bulldog Pride Fund Scholars

 Introducing the 2015-16 Bulldog Pride Fund Scholars:


The Bulldog Pride Fund, an endowed scholarship established under the auspices of the Fresno State Alumni Association, has announced its six scholars for the 2015-16 academic year. Sharing $12,000 equally are:

• Stefan Alvidrez – a sophomore from Enumclaw, Wash. studying kinesiologyand also elected president of United Student Pride;
• Jaclyn Young – a senior from Fresno majoring in liberal studies;
 

• TimeOut – the student’s identity that performs as Fresno State’s mascot is kept a secret;
 Jonatan Ramirez – a sophomore from Fresno studying business administration with an emphasis in accounting;

• Levi Landon – a senior from San Diego majoring in political science;
• Abigail Hudson – a senior from Fresno studying in political science and also elected president of Associated Students, Inc.


Each scholar receives a $2,000 scholarship made possible by donors to the Bulldog Pride Fund’s $355,000 endowment. Since 2006, the Bulldog Pride Fund has provided 40 scholarships valued at $73,000.
